Who is responsible for the death of a 21 year old due to lethal alcohol poisoning? Jason Reinhardt, after just becoming 21, headed out to begin his power hour. A day later he is discovered to be dead from alcohol poisoning by a former brother in his fraternity. A few have been named responsible for this tragedy.
